These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and Prana Codes for the Atrium app and services. By installing or using Atrium you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. On iOS these terms also serve as the end user licence agreement; Apple’s standard EULA applies in addition and, where it conflicts, Apple’s terms prevail for the App Store licence.
Prana Codes grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Atrium on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business design use. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile or scrape the app or its APIs, or use it to build a competing service.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK where required) and able to enter a contract in your country. If you use Atrium for a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
You keep ownership of every photo you upload and every render Atrium produces for you. You grant Prana Codes a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you. You confirm you own or are authorised to use the images you upload, and that they do not infringe anyone’s rights.
Do not upload images of identifiable people without consent, sexual, violent, hateful, deceptive or unlawful content, or content you have no rights to. Do not attempt to bypass render limits, automate the API, or overload the service. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, with notice where practical.
Renders are machine-generated design visualisations — not architectural, structural or construction documents. Output can be inaccurate, may not match real dimensions, materials, cost or building regulations, and is not professional advice. Verify everything with a qualified professional before buying, building or renovating. Similar prompts may produce similar results for other users, so outputs are not guaranteed to be unique.
New installs receive a one-time welcome grant of credits. Every render spends credits: 10 for a Standard render and 25 for a Thinking render. Plan credits are added at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. One-time credit packs never expire and are non-refundable once used. Failed renders are not charged. We may adjust credit costs and allowances for future periods with notice in the app.
Atrium Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or monthly) through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Each period includes a credit allowance (500 credits weekly, 2,000 credits monthly) that is added when the period starts. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before period end. Prices vary by country and include taxes where applicable.
Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period and partial periods are not refunded. Refunds are issued by Apple or Google under their policies, not directly by Prana Codes — we cannot process store refunds, but we will help you contact them. Where consumer law gives you a statutory withdrawal or refund right, that right applies and overrides this paragraph.
We aim for continuous availability but the service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages or updates. We may add, change or discontinue features. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature you have already paid for, we will offer a fair remedy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atrium is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Prana Codes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, or renovation, purchase or contractor costs based on a render. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Atrium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify Prana Codes against claims arising from content you upload, your misuse of the app, or your breach of these terms.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for Atrium. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Product claims, warranty claims and intellectual-property claims relating to Atrium are the responsibility of Prana Codes, not Apple.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Haryana, India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
